leave all valuables at home as we cannot be responsible for lost items. we do not offer child care facilities so please make arrangements before your arrival


please schedule your appointments with care as we do require 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling for our services in order to avoid a charge of the full value of the appointments cancelled or rescheduled. in the same respect, gift certificates will be considered void without 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. we will reserve your appointment with your credit card details, or you may pay in advance with cash if preferable


due to our breadth of treatment offerings, all appointments are subject to therapist availability. gift certificates are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. in order to ensure the quality of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges
